A sad indictment on this site and society in general that you have to warn it's a long read.
For the record, I agreed with parts and disagreed with parts.
Also, I didn't read it. It looked far too long

Cheers for that Coffee. Great read. Some will feel we had a good year, finishing in the top half of the league. But for a club our size, history and dare I say it. Values. We should be along the likes of Everton and at least trying to break into the top six penthouse on a yearly basis.?
We now have a management team who understands what’s important to our traditions. A mixture of players who not only getting us on the edge of our seats. But are getting the media and rival supporters taking notice. The only fly in the ointment is our board. Yes we had a record spend up last summer. But we been crying out for that the past five seasons. What we need now is a constant investment form the board over the coming years.
One swallow does not make a summer. And the history of our owners doesn’t bode well. Next summer will define the club for the next ten years. Interesting times indeed....

Fantastic read & a very skilled narrative - can’t think of a feature length West Ham article I’ve enjoyed more on this website. In fact
Id say it is by far the best reading I’ve had while on the toilet in living memory - perfect length for a 10min seating too. Cheers coffee, a happy new year to you and your family mate.
